Signs and Symptoms
Children with ADHD may also suffer from low frustration tolerance, depressed mood, and poor self-esteem.The prominent symptoms of ADHD show up in the classroom and may go unnoticed mostly by parents. Parents and teachers routinely see two different sides of a child as the symptoms of ADHD can vary depending on the time of the day and activity. Family relationships are strained and sometimes parents feel that the child’s behavior is deliberate.
